Synex International Inc is a public company trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange since 1987. There are two wholly owned subsidiary companies: Synex Energy Resources Ltd ( the Energy Division); Sigma Engineering Ltd (the Engineering Division).

Energy Division

Since 1984, Synex Energy Resources has established a reputation as an experienced developer, owner and operator of electrical energy facilities. The company owns and operates 7MW of hydroelectric capacity in British Columbia.

Engineering Division

Sigma Engineering has a 24-year history of providing consulting services for the control and use of water, including the design of hydroelectric and other power generation facilities; hydrology; and water related environmental assessments. The competency of the Engineering Division in the planning and design of hydroelectric plants provides a competitive advantage for the Energy Division.
